ALL SEASONS – EASTER ON APRIL FIRST

The link this week is open from Sunday March .. to Wednesday evening, April 1st through Wednesday April 4th till 7pm, Pacific time.

Hello All Seasons Bloggers!

Thank you so much for all your wonderful posts!

Last week I was on my other blog, after the All Seasons posts. Am not sure if all my comments to you got through, because after my comment, because I never got the chapta verification, like I do from this blog, jumping immediately to the stats page of my other blog!. My apology if you did not get my reply!!

Hey guys, I got my bench in the sun last week! One time on my way to the studio I suddenly saw ten deer a few feet away from me in the backyard. They were as startled as I was:) After I was finished with my painting for the day,  two young turkeys running away. Normal occurrences here!

My Easter weekend began on Friday afternoon, being with my middle daughter and hubby who have a family farm, and ended on Sunday with my other daughter and family.

What is happening in your neighborhood?
A HAPPY EASTER  or RESURRECTION DAY  for the ones who celebrate it.  Glad I captured these courageous Narcissus or daffodils, the day before we had that on and off week of snow. After that, they were kind of finished:(

Hah, discovered lichen at the big tree stump

In the transition between winter and spring the greens are really intense. so I reduced the contrast greatly, to make it not look like an HDR gone wrong.

A fairly steep descent behind the house.  Found a crossing path for traveling deer. Here’s their path, leading up to a covered hay stack at the border.
All these details I just saw this “winter” after having lived here for three years. I should pat this city slicker on the back:)

To all of you a very special Easter weekend!

Those flowers appear so delicate but certainly are courageous! Nice to have turkeys and deer so readily present on your property. It is a treat to occasionally see one or two deer in our local wetlands.

  2. The deers and the flowers are surely Easter-like views…enjoy them!
Have a nice start of April!

Isn’t it fascinating how we can be around something regularly but not really SEE it? Glad you got some quality family time this weekend – a blessing! Enjoy your week ahead, and thanks for hosting!

I hope you enjoyed the festivities of Easter, Jesh. Our Greek Easter is this weekend coming up… I do so wish the religious leaders would get their act together and agree on a common Easter date! Lovely daffodils!

Lovely daffodils shot. The transition from winter to spring is awful here, rain, snow and wind….
    Thank you for hosting.

It sounds like your spring is arriving in style! Don’t worry about not getting around to commenting on all of us. We understand that ‘stuff’ happens now and again 🙂
