FIERCE or NEUTRAL COLORS

After my hiatus in art, I experimented some in abstract.  Over the years my attraction as well as the shapes have grown more to the whimsical side.

In my early days of coming back to painting
did more abstract work than now
used strong invasive colors
simple and heavy lines

Nature paints some flowers in strong colors but lightened by the sun.
It does not disturb this pretty bumble bee though

Looking down on the swirly water it’s nice to have some more neutral colors.

Thank you Suzanne! The reflection was an unexpected surprise (since I gear my images to all the challenges I participate in!) You have a lovely weekend too!

  34. You’re welcome, Jesh. 🙂

I once took a photo of a great old window in an elementary school in a now-defunct town. The window reflected the evening sky and trees, which was a very unexpected surprise for me, too, once I imported the images from the camera. That is the great thing about photography; you often get more than you expected or even dreamed.
    Thanks. 🙂
