ALL SEASONS – ENTER LOVELY MAY

Hello All Seasons Bloggers,

Thank you for linking up last week with your beautiful and lovely posts! We have entered a “busy” month with many significant days.
LOVE all the different kinds of experiences!

At the end of this first week of May was Cinquo de Mayo. California, bordering on Mexico, it’s feast here.
At the same time, in Holland and the rest of Europe the end of World War II is celebrated.
The day before that, it was the National day of prayer.
Next Sunday, Mothers day, and
at the end in the USA Memorial Day. Oh, not to forget,
May is the end of the school year for colleges.
This is just on top of my head, would be fun to share if you have any (other) celebrations:)

Colorful Mexican art, seen in Old Town, San Diego.
These glazed pots are at least 4 feet high.
If you ever come there and are hungry for Mexican,
Old Town is the place for  authentic and inexpensive food!

Enjoy May!

Oh and May Day. It’s also the start of fairs and festivals in WI. And being Norwegian, I can’t forget Syttende Mai which is a big deal a few towns over. I’ll hopefully make it for the parade this year and post pics.
