A short post from Thursday through Sunday,  Short matters, since I decided to go back to post from Monday – Saturday, now I have gotten used to organizing the challenge of ALL SEASONS (bottom of post)

Most of the fences in my neighborhood are not much to speak about. It doesn’t mean people do not care where their property begins or ends. We have seen land surveyors at work on a regular basis. Crazy that some roads run on  private property!
Good Fences, Fri Greens

The doors in the suburbs of Sacramento are actually more defined than most in the capital themselves. This one is one of an Auburn shop.
Thurs. Doors

Hub’s Hobby (Our Beautiful World)

Friday Hunt
Begins with T:  Hubs camera is a Treasure-  Rebel T4i
Week’s Favorite: Flowers
Rule of Thirds: only hold to this rule, when I think about it. I measured and the flowers and the coffee shop (more accidentally than anything else, lol)

One of hubby’s images – does it look like a Camellia?

Just hanging out at Peets with coffee till dark. Even short times matters:)
Weekend Reflections, Sat. Silhouette

Birds in the parking lot at sunset. We like the sunset too!
Sat. Critters

Sunset Clouds near home
(Sky Watch, Pink Saturday, Tue Texture)

People share the beautiful, the unusual, the heart wrenching at
ALL SEASONS from Sunday through Wednesday

and so much fun to read their experience!

That is a nice door indeed 🙂

  4. I love that image of the camellia and that shot taken from Peet’s. The reflection of the lights in the window is wonderful – great capture.

  6. Fine shots! I especially love the door and the flower!

  7. Actually, my husbands roots are originally from Bayern and from East Germany. His step father is from Holland close to the Belgian Border.

The lights look wonderful in reflection.

  9. That’s a very attractive door. The shot at Peet’s (I was just at one with friend this morning) reminds me of Christmas. 🙂

Thank you, Jane! It’s a great alternative to Starbucks:) By the way you mentioned one time you were off to the worship team (or something relating to that matter). In one of the coming weeks I’ll post something about that, because I have been painting in the past with music bands or worship teams in churches.

  11. Yes, I sing alto with our church praise team. I’ll look forward to seeing your painting/s.

  12. 🙂 I’ve just posted a very similar cloud.

  13. The reflections in the doors – I know that’s not your prime reflections shot – but I do like the photo.

Very pretty flower. And that is a pretty door in that shop. Hope to get back to posting for seasons too.

What a beautiful sky. I love the arbour outside the coffee shop – of course, if it was here, the leaves would be gone. I do love grape arbours and if I keep up with my gardening tasks, I just might have one someday.

  18. Nice fence shot, chain link is pretty plain but it’s functional. Lovely flower, great looking door, pretty bird shot with the sunset on the pavement.

  19. Teresa says:

Beautiful series of images. Your husband’s flower photo is stunning. Thanks so much for joining Friday’s Hunt. Hope you have a great week!

Nice door (secure) and the birds at sunset is my fav of the series – such a moody shot!
